Basic Run & Shuttle Run

Crawl (forward & backward)

Lying Pop Up to Draw

T Push-up

Sit-up to Draw

Sitting Rotation in Draw

Sit to Stand in Draw

Single Leg Squat in Draw

Crouch to Draw (behind tree)

Forward Roll, Pickup & Draw

Hurdle, Roll & Draw

Lunge Step in Draw

Slow Creep with Arrow

The main goal: get used to moving around with a bow in hand.
